Anyone else feeling an urge to howl at the moon this week, just let it all out?? Anyone else feeling agitated and aggravated?? All week, I have been warning people to just back away slowly... If they know what's good for them... Because otherwise I might just bite their heads off!!
I know, right -- not like me at all!!
Maybe it's the full moon, maybe it's menopause or maybe it's the nasty vitriol in the air from the RNC... All I know is that I am feeling some serious negative vibes.
Anyone feel me??
What's an Artist supposed to do to combat this crap vibe (because combat is the best and only word I feel like using right now, grrrrrrr)??
Normally I'd be all like, do more yoga and meditation, deep breaths, just chillax girl! But this week calls for waaay more chill than a little deep breathing.
Personally, I've been leaning on these methods hard this week. I'm not saying they are keeping me from growling but, so far, all heads are still intact...
1) Extra sleep
Always a fab solution
2) Sufficient alone time
Vital for the soul, preferably quiet
3) Multiple dance moments
Hard core mini sweat sessions keep me smiling
4) Evening glass of wine (or two)
Never discount the healing props of fermented grapes
5) Low sugar, low carb, high protein and no dairy
Keeps my head clear and my gut happy
6) Tons o water water water
Every little bit helps
Hit reply n tell me -- howl much??
