What I Do

As you may already know, not long ago I decided to return home to Cape Cod, USA after living in Germany for close to two decades.  Once my daughter Celia and I got settled here, I trained and became certified as a Professional Life Coach and created my own coaching practice, Elasticity Coaching.  My decision to become a Self Discovery Expert and Confidence Coach was one of the best I’ve ever made – it’s the ideal career for me, encompassing teaching, writing, speaking and helping people to grow and reconnect with who they truly are.  I feel very fortunate to have found this calling and the opportunity to pursue it. It’s been going incredibly well, in fact so well that I’ve been working with clients from across the country and gained readers for my eZine and blog from all over the world!  Mainly, I teach clients who have dealt with codependent, controlling and/or emotionally abusive relationships how to rediscover their core values and desires, gain confidence and listen to their inner positive voice.

I also show both women and men how to find creative outlets for expressing their authentic selves.  I love guiding them through exercises like imagining what their perfect day looks like, recognizing 10 things to feel thankful for each day and teaching them how to set specific, measurable goals.  So far, it’s been an exhilarating ride!

Today, I wanted to take a moment to let you know what I’ve been up to and officially announce that this is what I do.  It is my main occupation and I’m very excited to see what the future holds.

The main reason I’m writing to you today is that my client base has grown steadily, mostly through my blog and eZine readership, social media connections and referrals.  As I continue to grow, I’d love support from my friends, colleagues and readers and would like to ask if you would keep an ear to the ground for any of your connections who might currently need support with rediscovering their true Self.

Often, this includes people who have lost or left a job, a spouse or another loved one, or even a religion or cult.  Sometimes, my clients decide to remain in their difficult situations with renewed confidence, commitment and strength after working with me, so those situations become much less difficult.  I’m particularly drawn to working with people who gave up their own dreams in the past and recently woke up to realize that it’s now or never!  I work with people everywhere by phone, by Skype and/or by email, so travel and geography are not issues.

If you do know someone, will you let that person know about me and vice versa?  I’d love to connect and see if I can help.  I always offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery session to see if we click.  Alternatively, they can email me directly at Pamela@ElasticityCoaching.com or visit my website at www.ElasticityCoaching.com.  If by chance I’m not the right person to support them, I’ll be happy to direct them to other colleagues who might be a better fit.

Thanks so much for your time and attention!  If I can help you or reciprocate in any way, at any time, please let me know.

Cheers,

Pam
